Fantasy College Hockey (FCH) is an internet-based game based on real-world results of NCAA Division I Men's Ice Hockey games.

Players of the game agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The game is for entertainment purposes only.
• FCH is strictly non-profit and no fees are required to participate.

License
By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication through this service, you are granting the owner a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to: Use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any such communication. Sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication.

The FCH Site Owner may have provided links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. The owner does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these third-party sites. The materials in this site and the third-party sites are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. Gambling
It is expressly forbidden to gamble or otherwise wager on the results of the FCH game.

NCAA Eligibility
It is expressly forbidden for any current NCAA player of any sport, gender or division to participate in FCH. Furthermore employees of athletic departments within the NCAA or any member institution may not participate.

Other
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This agreement may change at any time and without notice.
