The security of your personal information is not guaranteed.

Any manner of use of the Fantasy College Hockey ("FCH") website constitutes acceptance of the following.

Passwords and E-Mail Addresses

• Users of FCH must not use passwords that are personally identifiable in any manner, including, but not limited to, passwords used on other websites, real-world names, addresses, account numbers, PIN's, etc.
• FCH explicitly does not guarantee that passwords will not be exposed to entities or persons other than FCH site administrators, although passwords and other personally identifiable data will not knowingly be disseminated.
• Registered users of FCH must provide a valid e-mail address. The e-mail address will be used by FCH administration in the event that the user needs to be contacted.
• FCH will not knowingly expose, release, disseminate or sell any personal information, including e-mail addresses, collected about users to any third party, except as required by law.

• To faciliate operation of the game, the FCH website may set a tracking "cookie" on the user's computer.
• Your username is associated to your e-mail address within the FCH computer system.
• The FCH web page may create a record of your visit containing certain information about you including, but not limited to, your FCH username (if your login is valid), Internet Protocol (IP) address, and the address of the "referring" Web page (e.g., a webpage containing a link to FCH that you clicked).
• FCH usage logs are intended solely to address game fraud or illegal activity. Records of user activity, including passwords, usernames and IP addresses are kept solely by the FCH web administration team and will not knowingly be disseminated except as required by law.
• All attempted logins are logged.
• Google Analytics (http://www.google.com/analytics) are employed on the FCH site and the information gathered is used solely for informational purposes such as geographical distribution of users and traffic patterns.

By using the site, users idemnify any administrator or owner of FCH from liability resulting from damages due to theft of personal information (including passwords) from FCH or its servers.
